Do your watches have warranty?
Yes. All our watches come with a 1 Year Warranty, which covers manufacturer's defects from the original date of purchase.
Are your watches water resistant?
Yes, all our watches are water resistant. Every watch is equipped with 5 ATM (50m) rating. Despite the watch being waterproof, we recommend that you make sure that your watch is not exposed to high temperatures because this can cause your watch to be affected.
How often should I change the battery?
Battery replacement should be done every two years. If you know how to change it, then you can do it. If you don’t know, then please take your watch to the closest watch shop to have them replace it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, as long as UPS/FEDEX/DHL delivers in your country then we can ship the product. Keep in mind that potential charges from customs/VAT are not included in your purchase. Therefore, if you have any questions, send us an email to info@nioma.com before placing your order.
How long does your products take to ship?
Once your order has been placed and shipped, you can expect it to take around 3-7 days (continental US and Canada) depending on your geographical location. Every order includes a tracking number. Track your order by clicking on TRACK ORDER on our site under the INFORMATION.
How can I make changes to my order?
Once an order is placed, the best way to reach us is by sending an email to info@nioma.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Although we will do our best to fulfill your order change, if the order ships before we receive your email then there is no way to change or cancel it.
Are your products 100% satisfaction guaranteed?
Yes. We are committed to providing our customers with products of the highest quality. If for any reason you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return it (product must be unused) for a replacement or full refund.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In a situation where you received a defective or wrong item, we at NIOMA will cover the return shipping cost.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
Do you provide weekend/holiday customer support?
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
